Our classes and clinics are engineered to develop your athlete into a rockstar athlete. All of our coaches are USASF and USAG certified, and are dedicated to helping your child grow. By instilling confidence into all of our athletes, our students develop quality leadership skills, all while progressing in their skillsets.

Need to get some practice time in before a big competition? Or need a space to get your routine choreographed? Our training facility is structured to provide you and your program with the practice space you need. Whether it's a full 9-panel spring floor or our 9-panel stunting mat, we can help position your program for success.
Whether it's cheerleading or dance ~ Sometimes your child needs that extra push to get them over an obstacle. Our private lessons are able to do just that. Get your child the one-on-one time they need with our experienced coaches, and get the job done! Available in half-hour or full-hour sessions.
Our Summer Stars Camp is second to none! It is an intense skills camp, coupled with all of the exciting and fun activities of a typical summer camp. Daily tumbling and conditioning activities are the foundation of our summer camp. And, with plenty of weekly activities such as swimming and fieldtrips, we are certain that your child will have an experience that they will never forget.
Train for academic greatness with support from a tutor. Tutors help boost confidence, build effective learning skills, and strengthen subject comprehension. In the word student-athlete, student comes first. We are here if your child needs some extra help to train for greatness in the classroom.
At some point student-athletes will venture of to college or start their careers. At TFG, we prepare them for the next level. Our college and career prep program undertakes interview prep, college essays, college tours, resume building, and understanding Clearinghouse & NCAA guidelines and expectations.
