About Us
TFG is the primary training location for many student-athletes in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Our wide-array of services are available to suit the needs of families interested in the building of fundamental, educational, and recreational skills and activities. From tutoring sessions and college readiness, to tumbling classes and private lessons, TFG dedicates itself to providing the highest level of instruction and customer service.
TFG provides staff of high caliber to assist your children in their developmental needs. Understanding that progression and skill development stem from attitude and confidence, our coaching staff personalizes their teaching methods to extract the most from each student. Our class sizes are small to maximize instruction for our athletes. We believe that the quality of our services is more important than the number of students we can teach per hour.
